Junior Sports Program Lead Instructors
Junior Sports Program Lead Instructors will plan and implement activities to promote basics of a specified sport, aimed at teaching boys and girls, ages 6 through 12. Those sports include: Baseball, Basketball, European Handball, Flag Football, Golf, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball, Street Hockey, and Tennis. The college-aged candidate will have a significant background in the sport of their choice.
Academic & Enrichment Classroom Instructors
Academic & Enrichment Classroom Instructors will plan for and teach courses promoting the basics of a specific subject or enrichment activity. RL Summer academic and enrichment offerings include: i2 (hands-on STEAM courses), Topics in Math, Topics in English, College Guidance Workshop, SAT Test Prep, Philosophy, Outdoor Classroom, Science of Sport, Wood Shop, Movie Making, Drama, and Studio Art. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and managing a classroom of 6 to 20 kids.
RL Sports Clinics Assistants
RL Sports Clinics seek undergraduate or post-graduate students to coach in the following sports: Lacrosse, Baseball, Football, Wrestling, Soccer, and Basketball. The ideal candidates will work with other assistants to ensure a smoothly run clinic under the supervision of each clinic director.
RL Summer Programs seeks eager young men and women with a degree of flexibility and the skills and enthusiasm necessary for assisting with various operations within RL Summer programs. Responsibilities might include assisting academic and enrichment instructors with classroom implementation or administrative work; assisting athletic clinic coaches; and assisting the Director of Summer Programs with executing administrative elements of the program, working directly with the young campers, or helping manage day-to-day logistics.
