Topics in Economics

This course will tackle the essentials of economics, focusing on topics like opportunity cost, supply and demand, growth, unemployment, money, the financial system, trade, markets, and decision making. Throughout the three weeks, students will engage thoroughly with real world applications of these ideas and the implications that spring from them. Through interactive lectures, students will be asked to assess, analyze, and debate complex scenarios, and to challenge themselves and their classmates to think outside the box.
